SPA ETTIQUETTE AND POLICY




At La Dolce Vita Relax Lounge, we strive to provide a serene and nurturing environment where the highest levels of nails, skin, and body care are offered. Infusing Western modalities with Eastern healing traditions, our goal is to tailor each treatment to meet individual needs while promoting relaxation and well-being. Please note that each service provider at La Dolce Vita is an independent professional who operates as a booth renter. Each provider may have their own specific policies and procedures. The following outlines general spa etiquette to help ensure a harmonious experience for all clients.

Reservations
To secure your preferred appointment time, we recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible. A credit card may be required at booking to guarantee your reservation. Please notify your provider of any allergies or sensitivities at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
We value your time and kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to the full service amount. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged in full.

Group Bookings
For group reservations, contact Nien to discuss availability, policies, and fees. A deposit and completed contract are required to confirm group bookings.

Cell Phone Policy
To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we ask that cell phones be silenced or set to vibrate. Please speak softly if you must take a call during your visit.

Arrival Time
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid disrupting other appointments, with the full service fee applied.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in service prices. A standard tip is 15–20% of the service total, but it is at your discretion.

Personal Belongings
We recommend leaving valuable items at home, as La Dolce Vita and staff is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.

Return Policy
Product refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of the individual technician. Please discuss any concerns directly with your service provider.
